The Seacoast Social Services Collective is a bold new systems-changing approach to supporting the collective whole of our community. Mainspring offers a centralized and collaborative model, incorporating many area social service partners , offering a dignified, efficient, and effective model of care that empowers individuals to navigate the pathway out of poverty.
